RJGG - Chubu Centrair - Japan

Questions and discussion about enhancing and populating the FlightGear world.

If you live in Tokyo, both airports'd actually feel equally important, if Haneda weren't the most important..

After all, RJTT made a new international terminal with flights going as far as Frankfurt and even New York!
(Now if only they fly to Washington DC, or even Raleigh/Durham...)

EDIT: There's a model I'm making for both RJTT (Terminal 2 and the International terminal) and RJAA that I touch up on when I find the time. So considered those airports covered, please (even though I haven't formally advertised it yet..).
Look for "B-BIRD" "N127KY" or "AVA0004" -that's me.

Despite having over 1700 posts here, I am not even close to being the most skilled guy here... I'm just words and bad drawing, not experience. :P

Have you changed your "preferences.xml" to may see local scenaries? If not, go to your preferences.xml, find the line:

Code: Select all
<use-custom-scenery-data type="bool">true</use-custom-scenery-data>

and change "true" to "false". Then you should be able to see all the scenary.

Ctrl-f works the same on a Mac. Windows stole it from the Mac in the first place.

I'm really sorry. I don't know what could be going wrong. There can be a lot of reasons. Have you followed every step in correct order? Have you placed files in correct folders, and replaced the original Terrain (.stg) file?.

- "Airport-RJGG" to "data/Models"
- "5185331.stg" to "data/Scenery/Terrain/e130n30/e136n34"

I think one of this thing done in the wrong way can be the most possible reason to don't see models. If not, there is nothing else I can do.

Thanks for trying using it.
