It looks similar to a Nomad, Twin Pioneer, Islander etc. which are utility aircraft, so I did a google image search for utility aircraft until I found it. http://www.flugzeuginfo.net/acdata_php/acdata_hamcy11_en.php

Good guess, but sadly it`s a wrong one. Well the blue has something to do with the country of the airline.

Your guess is half correct, it is a 747 but not the 400. As for the interior, I can give a hint that it`s a european airline.
